There is no obligation to begin care after the consult.
Arrival at the Office
Lifespan Chiropractic operates within Martial Arts Connection in Saginaw.
When you arrive,
Enter Martial Arts Connection,
Dr. Jeremy will personally greet you,
You will be escorted to the private treatment room.
Report of Findings & Care Recommendations
After the examination, Dr. Jeremy will review your results with you and discuss:
What was found,
How it relates to your symptoms,
Recommended care options,
Expected timeline and goals.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and decide how you would like to proceed.
Important Clinical Notes
Every patient is unique, your care pathway may be modified if clinically necessary.
In some cases, this may include:
Diagnostic Imaging (e.g. X-rays)
Co-management with your Primary Care Provider
Referral to Appropriate Specialists, when Indicated

If you decide to move forward, your initial visit will be scheduled.

After scheduling, you will receive New Patient Intake paperwork via email. Please, complete this prior to your visit to ensure that we can use your appointment time efficiently.
Comprehensive New Patient Examination
Your first visit is thorough and focused on identifying the root cause of your concerns.
Your exam may include:
Full Physical Examination
Neurological Assessment
Posture Screening
Range of Motion Testing
Lean Screen (Body Composition Analysis)
Beginning Care (if Appropriate)
If you choose to move forward,
Informed Consent paperwork will be completed,
Treatment will be provided as appropriate,
Payment will be collected,
Your next visit will be scheduled according to your care plan.
